The Description: 64 Boon

64 Boon will become the perfect home or second home for someone soon. If you think that someone might be you, email me at 64Boon@gmail.com and we can set up a time to do a walk-through. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask one in the “comment” section below or email me.

Interior:
64 Boon is full of light and offers two floors’ worth of panoramic ocean view. The basement / garage can be used to fit two cars, or for the playing of a heated game of ping pong. The kitchen boasts all new custom cabinetry and appliances, silestone countertops, and a double sink. The family room has fresh hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, and a full-length view of the ocean. The second floor is freshly carpeted and features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, exposed wooden beams, a walk-in closet, full ocean view, and a full bath with custom countertops and a frameless glass shower door. The second bedroom features two california-style closets.

Exterior:
Outside spaces include a nicely manicured private brick front patio / garden that is great for grilling and chilling. The back porch has a full ocean view and is great for reading, eating, catching the sun, or all three at once. The property fronts a large, open, grass area with a gazebo.

Neighborhood:
64 Boon is steps from an excellent public library, a quaint post office, and a three-screen movie theater. Excellent shopping opportunities are nearby, as are many savory restaurants. Newport and Jamestown can be seen from your ocean view and are a short drive away. Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, the Block Island ferry, Providence Place mall, and the Point Judith lighthouse are within easy reach. Providence airport is a 23 minute jaunt. Even Boston, at 71 minutes, is close by. If you hop on an Amtrak train in Manhattan (NY Penn Station), you’ll be at the Kingston train station (5.7mi from Narragansett) in 2 hours and 54 minutes. (Incidentally, bike enthusiasts will be interested to know that a bike path runs between the Kingston station and 64 Boon.)

Activities:
At 64 Boon, you can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the water from your back porch. Whenever you get the urge, you can step outside and go for a walk or a jog on the beach or along the seawall. From 64 Boon, you have many restaurant options, including the romantic Coast Guard House restaurant that is adjacent to the Narragansett Towers. At 64 Boon, morning yoga classes on the beach and surf lessons are easy. Throughout the year, you can enjoy fireworks, concerts, a chowder festival, carnival rides, surf contests, and even an Ironman triathlon.
